The 2006-2007 was a historical year with the establishment and opening of Liberty High School in Frisco ISD, with only freshman and sophomores. During its first year, the, the students were housed in a temporary facility; however, this year brings about an added junior class as well as their first official first year in the brand new state-of-the-art high school facility, making it a special and exciting year!

During its innagural year, the LHS Wreslting Program had both men and women place at Districts and one female wrestler qualify for the Region II Tournament. 

This year's wrestling program has established new goals for the 2007-2008 season.  With a year of experience on the mat, they are sure to accomplish their goals set for the season--send more wrestlers to Regionals and State!   

Over the summer, the LHS Wrestling Program  established a formal booster club which will support the program and has many exciting plans for the season.
